You will have the ability to thrive in a positive atmosphere in which we all focus on creating an environment for everyone to succeed.About the RoleCollaborates with the broader social media and creative content team to develop social media marketing strategies relating to athlete influencers to drive brand awareness, campaign roll-outs, and salesDevelops and executes experiential and event appearance marketing agenda for athlete influencer teamLiaises with athletes on content requirements across all channels and ensure that content is being created to the required timeline and is in the correct formatCommunicates with athletes daily providing feedback on performance and areas for improvementNurtures and develops the athlete influencers or partnerships and act as the key point of contact across all social media marketing projectsIdentifies new partnership opportunities and continue to recruit, develop, and grow the teamManages onboarding of athletes, delivering EHPlabs product and marketing training and social media best practice sessionsOrders supplements and merchandise for athletesManages content shoots ensuring that the athletes/influencers are available in position and that content creators/studios and locations are all available and confirmedWorks closely with the marketing and the creative team to bring campaigns to lifeRenews and negotiates partnership contractsEnsures all KPIs and contractual obligations are being metReports on athlete performance and providing advice and future growth opportunitiesAbout EHP HoldingsAt EHP Holdings we are a proud leader within the sports supplement and health and fitness industry.
