We are   seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Finance Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities and Duties

  •   Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist with employee expense reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and HR department as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a finance-related role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
