Job Summary: As a Bilingual Executive Assistant/Data Analyst at Dangote Cement Plc., you will play a crucial role in providing support to the Group Executive Director's office. You will be responsible for interpreting and implementing policies and procedures, resolving administrative issues, conducting research and analysis, and assisting in the preparation of reports and recommendations. Your fluency in both French and English will be essential in effectively communicating with international stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing projects, coordinating deadlines, and providing complex administrative support in areas such as procurement, budgeting, and staff communication. Your proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently will contribute to the smooth functioning of the office. Requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Data Analyst
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
- Hands-on knowledge of data analysis tools
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills
- 12 - 15 years of experience in a similar role
