About the role They are hosting a trainee program. The trainee will work closely with a team of experienced distribution sales and provides support in communication, coordination and administration in all aspects of sales and sales related marketing activities Responsibilities

  • Prepare business management meeting agenda and meeting notes
  • Assist in global business review meeting preparation and follow up
  • Coordinate business reporting and PAC including meetings, pipelines, market flow in the region and results
  • Dissemination market intelligence and research information to facilitate business analysis
  • Maintain circulation of product information and industry news to facilitate business development
  • Maintain research dissemination database at MyCRM to support sales
  • Interface with internal (HK/Paris/London/CACEIS) on behalf of sales team to improve communications
Requirements
  • Graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline, preferably with background in financial institution
  • Good analytical skills, have understanding of financial markets and investment products (especially fund)
  • Strong communications in spoken and written Chinese (spoken Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work under strong pressure
  • Strong in Excel, PowerPoint is a must
