Emergent Cold LatAm is looking for a IT WMS Specialist located in the Vila Olímpia region of São Paulo. Mission: The primary mission of the IT Specialist focusing on WMS configuration is to seamlessly integrate functional expertise with cutting-edge technological solutions in the context of our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role aims to drive operational efficiency and excellence in logistics by leveraging in-depth knowledge of WMS ensuring optimal configuration during implmentantion and on-going process, and fostering seamless interactions between technology and operational processes. Responsibilities
- WMS Configuration: Lead the configuration efforts of WMS by collaborating with IT and operational teams. Keeping having in mind standard regional configuratiion.
- Functional Expertise:Bridge the gap between IT and operational teams by translating business requirements into effective WMS configurations.
- System Integration: Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate WMS into existing IT stack (internal or external) from functional point of view
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within WMS configuration.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert support in diagnosing and resolving WMS configuration issues.
- Completed bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Desirable in WMS KORBER 3EPL
- Knowledge of WMS and implementation any World Class WMS (infor, manhattan, SAP xWMS)
- Proven experience in configuring and optimizing WMS
- Background in logistics operations, with a deep understanding of warehouse processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to liaise between IT and operational teams.
- Important Intermediate english level.
