- Transforming the HR vision by HR business excellence inputs, Process Optimization, Change Management and enabling Business Readiness for an HCM implementation.
- Driving innovative and transformative solutions that address the organization’s next generational needs.
- Conducting detailed analysis and workshops for HR process areas to draw consensus, developing pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks.
- Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the exact needs and expectations of the project and then confirm these with client leadership.
- Creating clear, effective and detailed deliverable content, including written, visual and oral deliverables which are informed by research, best practices, analytics and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant education background to the proposed role
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Specialist.
- Must have atleast 5 years of experience in:
- Performing business process analysis, business requirements gathering, conceptual and detailed design.
- Working on a wide range of HR aspects i ncluding employee experience, talent, performance and core HR functions like payroll, compensation & benefits etc.
- Exposure to oversight of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation.
- Experience in financial services / investment banking industry shall be a big plus
- Should have prior experience working with Business Consulting companies
