What this job involves:

Lead outbound sales initiatives to drive revenue growth for Nas Studios.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on outbound efforts.
Leading, growing and training the team of project managers to successfully execute client productions and campaigns
Developing and presenting creative content strategy and partnership proposals to prospective clients
Negotiating, up-selling and closing contracts with inbound clients
Supporting sales team with pitching to and closing deals with outbound clients
Executing and managing ongoing projects as well as ensuring all projects in the team run smoothly by collaborating with scriptwriters and video editors
Strategising and launching new products and initiatives to grow Nas Studios' presence and revenue globally
Weekly reporting of revenue and costs associated with ongoing projects to determine profitability
Reviewing and approving video concepts, proposals, pricing details and feasibility of taking up new projects and deals
Explore and review any other ad-hoc projects and opportunities that may open up new doors for Nas Studios

Sound like you? To apply, you need to be/have:

5 years of experience in account management, creative strategy and video productions
Should understand social media content and be up to date with how social content is evolving
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build trust with partners.
Proven leadership and team management experience
Familiarity with Nas Daily content and brand is essential
To love speed and efficiency and have the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines while delivering quality work
Should be adaptable to changes, great at multitasking, solution-oriented and think outside the box
