Job Description My client, a Multinational Financial Services vendor is seeking to recruit a GRC solutions manager to be permanently based in Dubai. Assists with the generation of new business and ensures growth of the business in the Middle East & Africa via knowledge of configuring the eGRC technology solution to support Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Financial Control Management, Compliance and Regulatory Risk workflows. As Middle East & Africa are expansion markets for the platform, this position will be self sufficient, but must be able to adapt and change and grow a pre-sales and implementation function in Middle East & Africa. In consultation with sales director, assesses potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs. Researches and presents solutions showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services. Provides technical training to clients in the sales and implementation processes and communicates customer feedback into future product developments. Uses technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales. Some of the other areas of accountability are included below.
