Job Overview
As a Partnerships and Sourcing Intern, you’ll be joining a team of like-minded, fun & creative individuals transforming a traditional space. We seek a self-driven, passionate individual who can independently onboard new partners into the Factorem network, broadening our service offerings while advocating for our partners. Given the lean team, you can expect to interact directly with experts from other domains (Engineering, Product, Business Development, etc). You will also have opportunities to deeply engage with internal and external stakeholders in mobilizing change and drive commercial success in a fast-paced startup environment.Job Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new partners who align with specific capabilities demanded by Factorem Provide comprehensive onboarding support for new partners, from initial engagement and assessment to the finalization of partnership agreement and account creation. Maintain accurate records of partnership and sourcing activities to ensure transparency and accountability. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of current partnerships and sourcing strategies and plan for further improvements. Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective partners, suppliers, and sourcing channels. Be a voice for all Factorem Partners and continuously take feedback from partners to improve the system and engagement process. Partner Visits: Visit manufacturing partners to provide manufacturing related technical support and insights as required periodically. Partner Engagement & Support: Be prompt in partner queries (both technical and non-technical queries), as well as supporting them through the online platform process.Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma In Business Development or Supply Chain related field. Strong interest in business development, supply chain management, strategic partnerships, and sourcing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
