As Rewards Delivery Specialist, NAM FLPO you will work closely with

  • APA FLPO Rewards Delivery Manager
  • APA FLPO EEO (People Partners, People Advisors, Talent Acquisition team)
  • APA EEO Rewards colleagues (Rewards Managers and Rewards Specialists)
  • APA EEO colleagues (Payroll, T&D, etc…)
  • Corporate Rewards Solutions team members to ensure regional deployment of specific Rewards projects ensuring full coordination with the APA EEO Rewards team.
You’ll leverage past experience and deep knowledge along with an ability to build trust and respect to analyze and develop implementation plans for complex projects ensuring needed buy-in and role clarity among the entire EEO organization. A key to succeeding in this role will be balancing between significant complexity and diversity across countries and brands in the region, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and working towards providing an aligned employee experience. You will have a unique opportunity to stretch your capabilities by learning from, sparring with and building lasting relationships with diverse and professional colleagues all over the world. As Rewards Delivery Specialist, APA FLPO, you will support the Rewards Delivery Manager to ensure regional deployment of specific Rewards projects (with a specific focus on Benefits) ensuring full coordination with the regional Rewards Deployment Managers. A key to succeeding in this role will be balancing between significant complexity and diversity across countries and brands in the region, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and working towards providing an aligned employee experience. Key Responsibilities You will support the Rewards Delivery Manager on the deployment of Rewards projects and ensure our Rewards tools are used to create positive business outcomes and people impact. Specifically, you will primarily be supporting the benefits agenda for APA FLPO, including:
  • Drive annual enrollment process (benefits renewals) for FLPO organization under the supervision of the Rewards Delivery Manager
  • Manage and/or support the benefits vendors relationships
  • Keep Rewards policies / Knowledge Articles always updated
  • Keep updated all Rewards local tools / platforms (e.g. Sharepoints, Benefits Lighthouse, etc…)
  • Support / drive as needed Benefits reviews
  • Keep updated on latest Benefits trends / legislation, etc …….
  • Contribute to build Rewards capabilities for the FLPO People team (e.g. PA, PP, TAA, etc…)
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders in Global /Regional Reward teams, EEO, Legal, Finance, Tax, M&A teams and external consultants/vendors
Who we are looking for As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
  • 4 – 7 years´ experience working with Benefits / Rewards in APA Region
  • Experience with Front Line compensation & benefits topics/projects (at least 2 years)
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
  • Experience in using a leading globalHR system with advanced compensation/benefits functionalities (Workday experience would be beneficial but not essential)
  • Collaborativeworking style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
  • Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail
  • Structuredworking styleandfocus on delivering resultsas per agreed timescales and scope
  • Experiencein large international organizations andability tonavigate complex stakeholder matrix.
