JOB DUCK IS HIRING A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually a law firm. The Candidate Experience Specialist specializes in creating positive interactions with candidates to drive their interest in applying for our open positions. Their key responsibilities include promptly addressing all inquiries through a customer conversation platform. Additionally, they maintain up-to-date candidate profiles with relevant notes. As an integral part of their daily duties, they actively support candidates in navigating and completing the application process. Monthly compensation: 900 USD Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing further information and tips on the requirements for the documents candidates’ must submit.
  • Assist candidates who reach out for assistance by replying to all questions about the experience and qualifications required for a job position.
  • Clearing up doubts regarding the different job positions and the reapplication policy.
  • Handling candidates until they have submitted their Profile documents.
  • Host virtual Q&A sessions for potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate communications and queries.
  • Updating Applicants Tracking Systems.

Requirements:
  • At least six months of experience in a similar position.
  • A Technical or Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced, or native proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) is ideal.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience.
  • Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and a reliable internet connection. (at least 30 mb/s).
The schedule is as follows: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am EST/EDT to 5:30 pm EST/EDT
