[Wireless] Site Supervisor - Argentina - Spanish Speaking

Oversees, directs, coordinates, and schedules the installation activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of related tasks to meet the quality standard and exceed Customer’s requirements and expectations. 2. Plan, allocate, and track resources to meet an efficient work schedule and maintain a comprehensive inventory of the available installation materials, tools, vehicles, etc. 3. Give technical advice to installers and assist them in solving problems encountered in the field. 4. Motivate and direct installers to carry out the scheduled projects. 5. Maintain safety measures by local and Customer requirements to provide an acceptable working environment. 6. Coordinate with the Customer implementation manager to ensure smooth installation, including cost, quality, and progress control. 7. Schedule corrective actions of Radio and transmission sites as recommended by the field inspectors. 8. Respond to customer technical complaints during implementation and try to settle them. 9. Write operational instructions for work practices in conjunction with Radio Installation. 10. Organize and act on respective paperwork like checklists, redlining and closure of site files, and write progress reports. 11. Must always strive to keep an up-to-date knowledge and know-how of the most recent developments in Radio installation, especially in conjunction with new cabinets, antenna systems, configurations, connections, etc... 12. Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager or engineer; 13. Share the experience with all team members; 14. Respect all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation. Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent. 2. 5 years experience in RNC\NODEB, or similar installation practice in Telecommunication. Previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred. 3. Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills. 5. Proficient in English. 6. Have a basic understanding of techniques in the Telco industry. 7.
