Accounts Receivable Assistant

Full time, Florianopolis – Brazil We are a global supply chain solutions company founded in Seattle - US, that consists of young, highly inspired, and STEM-educated individuals who can help our clients solve any problems and provide better solutions for their logistics needs. In this role, you will be responsible for sending documents to customers by e-mail, consulting clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service and relationship management.  As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will

• Receiving and Sending Invoices
• Do Monthly Revenues
• Close Shipments and put all information in our system
• Payment Disputes
• Work with Excel 
• Answer phone calls

About You

• Basic background in Accounting.
• Confident computer user. 
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Fluent English (No lower C1 level).
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Know how to work collaboratively with team members.
