Jeddah , Saudi Arabia Posted 2 days ago Expires in a month Leading the division of Non-Chronic Care and managing a team that delivers the design, execution and delivery of Non-Chronic Care Management Programs, ensuring 100% members engagement and compliance with defined performance measures and metrics The Senior Executive Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and internal partners to recommend, develop and implement strategies that will drive and ensure program effectiveness and adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements. Key Accountabilities: 1- Strategic Oversight;

  • Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals specializing in designing and delivering non chronic care with solid outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Partnership & Referral activities to ensure seamless integration and high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and enhance the delivery of healthcare services, focusing on high non chronic care service proposition.
  • Develops and maintains policies, procedures and processes that promote safe, efficient, and cost-effective non chronic pathway use and that comply with KSA standards.
2- Non-Chronic Care Program Leadership;
  • Lead the Development and implementation strategies to achieve 100% members engagement in the non-chronic care program.
  • Lead the Definition and health outcome targets and care coordination milestones to enrolled members.
  • Lead the Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement evidence-based care pathways across the continuum of care that drive improved health outcomes.
  • Continuously lead the evaluation and adjusted care plans to achieve 100% compliance with outcome targets.
3- Performance Monitoring;
  • Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members meet performance targets.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member engagement, health outcomes, and cost reduction.
  • Take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets and implement corrective actions.
4- Technology;
  • Lead the collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure availability of technology system as a comprehensive set of tools, devices and software that are designed to promote and support preventive care, system will utilize advanced technologies to monitor, assess and manage individual’s health proactively that includes and not limited to Wearable Devices, Remote Monitoring Tools, HER, Telehealth Platform etc
  • Lead Developing plans and lead efforts to improve financial performance in assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Lead the Collaboration with other stakeholders to monitor and manage medication expense (e.g., cost-avoidance, cost savings, optimized utilization, etc.) or improve revenue

Skills

  • Proven experience in healthcare leadership roles, with a focus on chronic care management
  • Strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics and performance improvement strategies
