Job Details COLLECTIONS MANAGER – HEALTHCARE **This position is 100% on-site** Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and collections, ideally in a hospital or physician practice setting.

  • Must have 3 years of billing experience
  • Previous manager or leadership experience is strongly preferred
  • Healthcare Charge Description Master experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have a working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross/Blue Shield and be able to ensure
compliance with all federal and state regulations related to collections
  • Experience with Meditech Expanse is a plus
In this role, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the collections department. You will develop and implement effective strategies to collect overdue payments. You will build strong relationships with third party payers and ensure timely and accurate billing. You will also train and mentor collections staff.
