Responsabilities As an Account Manager at OSF you will own the client relationship with assigned clients on the Latin America market. You will build a positive partnership with the client and nurture long-term growth through strong communication and relationships.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, based on collaboration and thought leadership.
  • Support the growth of the sales funnel by proactively identifying and developing opportunities.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Create and manage a clear customer roadmap.
  • Support in the negotiation of contracts and closing of agreements
  • Develop trusted advisor & business partner relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of winning proposals and presentations.
  • Along with the sales team, develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status and client status meetings, present key insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Have a complete understanding of client solution eco system
