Freelance Recruiter with proficiency in Portuguese and English

We are currently seeking a bilingual Freelance Recruiter with proficiency in Portuguese and English, and ideally, expertise in one additional language such as Spanish, French, or Italian. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging their recruitment experience and language skills to support our hiring needs. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with potential candidates through online recruitment platforms, social media, professional events, and other relevant talent acquisition channels.
• Assess candidates by meticulously reviewing their resumes, conducting comprehensive phone and in-person interviews, validating references, and executing background checks.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide potential candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience and completion of all necessary steps.
• Translate job postings and related documents into Portuguese.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal recruitment standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven recruitment experience in a multilingual environment.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Portuguese at a professional level is mandatory, with equally strong proficiency in English. Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, or Italian) is highly desirable.
• Independent work capability, coupled with keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the intricacies of recruitment processes, particularly in the Portuguese-speaking regions.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

This is a freelance position, allowing the selected candidate to work remotely and provide services online. The compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
