Jeddah , Saudi Arabia Posted 2 days ago Expires in a month Leading and overseeing the chronic care Medical Engagement Program, ensuring 100% members engagement, retention and compliance with cost-effectiveness targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare expertise to achieve these objectives. Key Accountabilities: 1- Chronic Care Program Leadership;
Develop and implement strategies to achieve 100% members engagement in the chronic care program.
Define and communicate health outcome targets and care coordination milestones to enrolled members.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement evidence-based care pathways across the continuum of care that drive improved health outcomes.
Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans to achieve 100% compliance with outcome targets.
2- Performance Monitoring;
Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members meet performance targets.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member engagement, health outcomes, and cost reduction.
Take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets and implement corrective actions.
3- Reporting;
Utilize data analytics to track program performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize program effectiveness.
4- Technology;
collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure availability of technology system as a comprehensive set of tools, devices and software that are designed to promote and support preventive care, system will utilize advanced technologies to monitor, assess and manage individual’s health proactively. We are seeking a Senior Production Director to join the Media Production Division of the Communications Content & Channels Department.<br />
<br />
The Media Production Division is responsible for providing high-end video production, photography, archive and broadcast radio services that provide quality content for the communication needs of Saudi Aramco.<br />
<br />
The Senior Production Director&#39;s primary role is to work within the Media Production Audio Visual Unit, working with other key team members and pre-production, production and post production staff to produce and direct creative and engaging corporate video programs for events, social media and other corporate video needs.<br />
<br />
<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
The Senior Production Director will creatively produce and direct corporate video programs to the highest standard, from creative concept through to finished product, utilizing specialist personnel and equipment at the Media Production Division&#39;s state-of-the-art facilities. When required, you will provide guidance and training to Junior members of the Media Production Team. You will be required to interpret technical briefs, work with clients and create creative and technical proposals, including, when necessary, script writing. You will lead a fully equipped camera team utilizing some of the latest high-end professional production equipment. You will be adept at creative studio and location direction. You will be able to direct professional video editors, 2D & 3D graphic designers, compositors, color graders and sound designers. The majority of programming is produced in English and so a fully fluent, preferably native written & spoken ability in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is desired, but not essential. You will be able to present concepts and completed work for review to senior management and external dignitaries.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in communications media, film, television or related creative discipline from a recognized and approved program.<br />
<br />
You will have ten years&#39; experience in the video production industry, including at least five in a role as a Senior Production Director. You will have a detailed CV / resume detailing your professional history, including clients and previous projects completed, with hyperlinks to previous work samples and/or showreels. You must have a solid understanding of the video pre-production, production and post production industry, including a wide range of modern technical video formats. This should include a strong mix of high-end corporate, documentary and commercial / short form promo projects. You will be able to work quickly and efficiently and deliver creative results to tight deadlines.<br />

We are seeking a Senior Production Director to join the Media Production Division of the Communications Content & Channels Department.<br />
<br />
The Media Production Division is responsible for providing high-end video production, photography, archive and broadcast radio services that provide quality content for the communication needs of Saudi Aramco.<br />

The Senior Production Director&#39;s primary role is to work within the Media Production Audio Visual Unit, working with other key team members and pre-production, production and post production staff to produce and direct creative and engaging corporate video programs for events, social media and other corporate video needs.<br />

<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
The Senior Production Director will creatively produce and direct corporate video programs to the highest standard, from creative concept through to finished product, utilizing specialist personnel and equipment at the Media Production Division&#39;s state-of-the-art facilities. When required, you will provide guidance and training to Junior members of the Media Production Team. You will be required to interpret technical briefs, work with clients and create creative and technical proposals, including, when necessary, script writing. You will lead a fully equipped camera team utilizing some of the latest high-end professional production equipment. You will be adept at creative studio and location direction. You will be able to direct professional video editors, 2D & 3D graphic designers, compositors, color graders and sound designers. The majority of programming is produced in English and so a fully fluent, preferably native written & spoken ability in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is desired, but not essential. You will be able to present concepts and completed work for review to senior management and external dignitaries.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in communications media, film, television or related creative discipline from a recognized and approved program.<br />
<br />
You will have ten years&#39; experience in the video production industry, including at least five in a role as a Senior Production Director. You will have a detailed CV / resume detailing your professional history, including clients and previous projects completed, with hyperlinks to previous work samples and/or showreels. You must have a solid understanding of the video pre-production, production and post production industry, including a wide range of modern technical video formats. This should include a strong mix of high-end corporate, documentary and commercial / short form promo projects. You will be able to work quickly and efficiently and deliver creative results to tight deadlines.<br />

	<li>Prepare preliminary scope of work (including process schematic and equipment list) to debottleneck existing facilities or design new facilities.</li>
	<li>Coordinate the execution of capacity increase studies with operating facilities and detailed engineering design contractor and / or Vendors. This would involve setting the design basis and scope of work as require to ensure study is sufficiently comprehensive to satisfy objective.</li>
	<li>Create/Update Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards related to Crude Oil Processing.</li>
	<li>Support process design and engineering activities for new projects in conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.</li>
	<li>Mentor and develop young Saudi Arab Engineers.</li>
	<li>Develop new and/or deliver existing technical courses for engineers from operating facilities.</li>

Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Engineer to join the Asset Integrity Group of the Consulting Services Department (CSD). CSD provides Saudi Aramco and Joint Ventures with effective specialized engineering consultations and introduces viable technologies and maintains quality standards. The Asset Integrity Engineer&#39;s primary role is to provide operation and project support, technical consultations and maintains standards on issues related to Asset Integrity Management System and Solutions.<br />

<b>Duties & Responsibilities</b></p>

	<li>Provide the project&#39;s management teams and operating facilities with guidance to establishing and safeguarding asset integrity throughout asset lifecycle (i.e., Design, Procurement and Construction, Operation and Maintenance and Decommissioning).</li>
	<li>Initiate or conducts special studies for improving facilities or operation; provides specialized technical service in recognized engineering fields; acts as consultant on complex engineering problems; designs and, or projects; coordinates or directs work of other engineers.</li>
	<li>Work with engineering design offices in-Kingdom and out-of-Kingdom, acting as the focal point of contact for project reviews and technical matters related to their field of engineering.</li>
	<li>Drive the implementation and improvement of an integrated medium to long-term AIMS for variety of asset types, including refineries, gas plants, GOSPs, LNG, terminals, and infield flow and trunk Lines.</li>
	<li>Evaluate and adopt industry best practices to benchmark Saudi Aramco&#39;s AIMS against other international oil companies, taking into consideration the applicable regulations, codes, and standards.</li>
	<li>Strategize and formulate an assurance and reporting process, to confirm that technical integrity barriers remain fit for purpose.</li>
	<li>Participate in management steering committees to periodically review the asset integrity KPIs, SCEs Barriers performance standard verification, focused asset integrity reviews and audit findings, and accident investigation findings.</li>
	<li>Benchmark and adapt lessons learned identified from internal and external events, provide recommendations (in consultation with divisional managers) to provide continuous assurance to management that the assurance methodology, applied to sustain the health of the SCEs and integrity barriers, is sufficient in mitigating potential threats arising from changes in major accident hazard scenarios.</li>
	<li>Strategize and drive the development and implementation of an effective technical integrity framework and communications infrastructure, through detailed analysis of design basis, operating envelopes (limits), and maintenance philosophies and strategies.</li>
	<li>Work with multidisciplinary teams or with task forces assigned to analyze or solve specific integrity and performance degradation issues or failure analysis, and suggest methods for the prevention of chronic failures.</li>
	<li>Develop and deliver in-house technical training courses, seminars, workshops and presentations related to asset integrity management.</li>
	<li>Drive the development of a competent working team, including technical authorities (TAs) that will enhance sustainable staff capabilities.</li>

An Executive Talent Assessment & Succession Specialist is required to join the Executive Development (ED) team within the Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) Department.<br />

The team in ED oversee and guide the design and implementation of the leadership succession journey at the Director and above (the "top 300") levels. We achieve this through our in-depth expertise, building trusted relationships in all parts of the business and driving disciplined talent/succession management.<br />

This role is to define, review, recommend, and evaluate the use of robust, cost-effective and impactful assessment and succession solutions for an array of talent management decisions with a focus around the Director and above leadership population. The core activities involve creating talent assessment and succession processes to ensure best fit for the skillset, competencies, motivation, and behavior against Saudi Aramco competency models and standards. The resulting assessments are to provide immediate and objective feedback to the company on the motivation, readiness and potential of any individual to move to the next stage in their Saudi Aramco career. It is also critical that the assessment experience for the participants are engaging, impactful and drive development outcomes.<br />

	<li>Inform and guide the assessment governance framework, ensure adherence to best practice principles, and drive increased assessment competence and expertise amongst users.</li>
	<li>Consult and advise stakeholders on assessment use and interventions as well as on the succession planning process.</li>
	<li>Align and contribute to assessment and succession strategies addressing diversity and inclusion.</li>
	<li>Support assessment analytics as needed and in collaboration with HR analytics specialists.</li>
	<li>Determine and strengthen the link of assessment-based decisions and business success criteria.</li>
	<li>Undertake spot audits of all reports and processes at the Director and above levels.</li>
	<li>Provide input to and support the oversight of the assessment budget and vendor management - including contracts.</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor&#39;s degree in arts or science. Ideally, an advanced degree relevant to the expertise needed in the role (e.g., occupational/ industrial psychology, people/talent analytics). Over ten years post-graduate experience as an assessment specialist is required, preferably gained, in part, within a large commercial organization or consulting firm. Assessment experience should have included significant work at the executive/C-suite level and, ideally, included board level work. This work should have included involvement in succession management processes and leadership development gaining a strong understanding of how executives develop and successfully transition into senior roles (including C-suite and/or Board level).<br />

Use of Company leadership competency models for appropriate assessments of potential, readiness, and development is expected. The successful candidate will also be fluent in evaluation and research methodology and theory; descriptive and inferential statistical analysis procedures and interpretation; and in-depth psychometric aspects of testing. We are seeking a Public Relation Specialist to join our Upstream Media & Content Group (M&CG)<br />
<br />
The Upstream Media & Content Group (M&CG) is responsible for protecting the reputation of the Aramco&#39;s Upstream Business Line both internally and externally through proactive communications tailored to strategic imperatives. It also empowers its most senior leaders to push compelling messages, frame the agenda, and shape the debate.<br />
<br />
Your primary role is to assist in the development and implementation of the Business Line&#39;s Integrated Communications and PR Strategy. This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic communications, stakeholder relations, PR, media relations, content creation, and as strategic support to Aramco&#39;s Upstream President and Upstream&#39;s Senior leadership. We are looking for someone with excellent writing skills covering both internal and external communication including speechwriting<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
You will be required to perform the following:<br />
<br />
Produce strategic messaging at a business line level, and drive those messages through the company&#39;s communication channels to appropriate audiences.<br />
<br />
Develop Upstream positions and prepare communications plans to enhance the business line&#39;s reputation, while mitigating its risk exposure.<br />
<br />
Respond effectively to Upstream media enquiries in a timely, accurate and secure manner.<br />
<br />
Manage Upstream media relations, including proactively engaging with international and domestic media (via the appropriate approved Corporate channels).<br />
<br />
Assist in the creation of high-level Upstream content & copy (including but not limited to: op-eds, articles, by-lined features, social media postings, speeches, video scripts, presentations, roadshow materials, press releases, soundbites, and announcements).<br />
<br />
Compile board of directors&#39; highlights, company briefings, and bespoke research.<br />
<br />
Advise Upstream leadership on communicating their programs and operations, and deliver counsel on any related public relations issues (such as speaking engagements and press interviews).<br />
<br />
Mentor and guide Upstream admin areas in the professionalization of their communications.<br />
<br />
<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Communications Science, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Political Science, or a relevant equivalent from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is desirable, but not essential.<br />
<br />
You will have ten years&#39; experience in public relations, public affairs, journalism, or communications roles including at least five years in content development preferably for a large scale, well-established, international private organization or public institution.<br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Communications Science, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Political Science, or a relevant equivalent from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is desirable, but not essential.<br />
<br />

You must be able to show masterful interpersonal skills, along with an aptitude for dealing positively and effectively with stressful and/or sensitive situations that require rapid reaction speeds, discretion, and diplomacy.<br />
<br />
Energy industry (especially the oil and gas sector), public company and international experience are all a plus.<br />
