- Taking all necessary steps to protect the environment and implement ESG's best policies to date.
- Collaborate with the CTO to develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with company clients goals and our business strategy;
- Coordinate estimation, tracking, and delivery of agreed scope on time and with quality;
- Strong facilitation skills for roadmap discussions, design meetings, progress and status meetings, and other multi-functional collaborations;
- Build relationships, organize, and direct internal and external teams across multiple functions;
- Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis;
- Manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan;
- Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives;
- Lead, empower, and mentor several project teams by providing them with context and continuous feedback;
- Daily coordination and performance management of engineers across the Engineering vertical;
- Identifying opportunities to improve delivery predictability, throughput, and quality;
- Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles;
- Helping shape the technical resourcing and provision of capabilities (tools, software, etc.) for the technology plans and product roadmap;
- Inspire team members to be better by identifying opportunities for individual development, and continually extending the capabilities of the team.
- One-on-One Meetings. Regularly conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their progress, challenges, and career aspirations, fostering a culture of open communication and personal development.
- AI Implementation and Strategy. Lead the exploration and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the company. Develop a strategic approach for integrating AI into various business processes and products.
- Recruitment and Team Nurturing. Play an active role in the recruitment process for the technology department, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Focus on nurturing team members, ensuring their continuous growth and alignment with the company's values and objectives.
- Innovate and Stay Informed. Actively research emerging technologies and trends in the tech industry to propose innovative solutions that can be integrated into the company's products and services.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise;
- Act as a liaison between the technology department and other departments, communicating project progress and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives;
- Report together with C-Level Managers before Investors.
- Strategic Meetings. Participate in strategic planning meetings with senior management to discuss technology roadmaps and their alignment with business objectives.
- Process Optimization. Continuously evaluate and improve internal technology processes and workflows for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Team Development. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the technology team to enhance their skills and knowledge in line with industry standards.
- Quality Assurance. Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that products and services meet the highest standards before reaching customers.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Regularly interact with stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, ensuring that technology solutions are effectively meeting business requirements.
- Risk Assessment. Perform regular risk assessments on technology projects and operations, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Conducting Interviews. Regularly participate in the interview process for new hires, assessing candidates technical abilities and cultural fit with the team.
- AI Project Supervision. Supervise ongoing AI projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and deliver value. Stay abreast of developments in the AI field to inform these projects.
- Mentorship and Coaching. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers within the company.
- Vendor Management. Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of products and services in line with company expectations.
- Proven experience as a technical delivery manager or similar role (5+ years of managerial experience is a must);
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams of 10+ people;
- Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering technology projects on time and within budget;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Familiarity with a wide range of technologies and the ability to make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into the company's operations;
- Understanding of best practices related to software architecture, coding principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY, Design patterns, etc.), and continuous integration;
- Detail-oriented with excellent self-motivation, planning, documentation, and communication skills;
- Highly efficient in a fast-paced, agile (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD best practices) startup environment;
- Ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable SaaS solutions;
- Excellent English level (both written and verbal).
