Our client is seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry and a deep understanding of the Bahrain market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing key accounts, and expanding their market presence in Bahrain. The Sales Manager will lead a sales team and work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities :

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Bahraini PPE market. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Bahrain market, including setting sales targets, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our PPE products.
  6. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  8. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry standards related to PPE to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, especially in the context of PPE safety standards.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of PPE products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and establish long-term business relationships.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or industry events.
