Job Title: Manager: Sales and Partnerships - Middle East (Medical Tourism) Location: Bahrain (Remote) Experience: 3+ years TERALIFE is hiring a Manager to expand our presence in Middle East countries. Your role will be pivotal in generating leads for patients seeking treatment in India. If you are fluent in Arabic and English, adept at patient and partner outreach, and willing to travel, we invite you to join our team. Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Actively seek and identify potential patients in Middle East countries interested in healthcare treatment in India. - Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential patients and their families, providing them with information about TERALIFE's services. - Business Developement: Create and manage strategic channel partnerships to expand our market reach and drive business growth. - Communication: Effectively communicate TERALIFE's offerings and advantages, addressing inquiries and concerns. - Documentation: Handle paperwork and documentation required for patient referrals and travel arrangements. - Market Research: Stay informed about the healthcare landscape and competition in the Middle East region. - Travel: Be willing to travel within the Middle East region for meetings, presentations, and networking events. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical tourism industry. - Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Sales and Networking: Strong networking and lead generation skills with a track record of achieving targets. - Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. - Travel: Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed.
