Our client, a dynamic and innovative health tech company, is seeking a talented and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share
- Utilize CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce to optimize lead generation, customer engagement, and sales pipeline management
- Lead social media marketing efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns that align with business objectives
- Possess a strong understanding of the USA healthcare ecosystem to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and relevance
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase brand presence and awareness in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels
- Work closely with web developers to create an effective online presence, ensuring that the company website aligns with marketing goals and user experience
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster high performance
- Set clear goals and KPIs, regularly evaluating team performance and adjusting strategies as needed
- Possess a deep understanding of the Google marketing stack and leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager to optimize marketing efforts
- Develop compelling presentations and one-pagers to communicate marketing strategies, performance metrics, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on digital marketing and CRM utilization
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing initiatives that have positively impacted sales and brand presence
- In-depth knowledge of the USA healthcare ecosystem is highly desirable
- Experience with website development and collaboration with developers
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and mentoring teams
- Familiarity with the Google marketing stack
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard
