We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Ad Dahu, Riyadh. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control and management. This includes monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, implementing inventory management systems, and coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient inventory processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  2. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and customer demand to forecast future inventory needs and make accurate inventory replenishment decisions.
  3. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or issues.
  4. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of inventory items.
  5. Implement and maintain inventory management systems and software to track and manage inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and inventory transactions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to develop and implement inventory management strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory items.
  8. Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics, such as stock turnover rate, carrying costs, and fill rate, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  9. Train and supervise inventory control staff to ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve inventory control processes.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficient in using inventory management software and systems.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Detail-oriented and highly accurate in data entry and analysis.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Knowledge of inventory control best practices and industry standards.
