We are looking for a B2B Sales Director who can manage and conduct high profile meetings with FMCG sector C-level executives and Board Members to sell business cases. We need someone who's accomplished and results-driven professional with demonstrated record of success in IT Enterprise sales. Key Roles:- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Conduct regular sales and business development meetings
- Deliver the required sales, margin and profit performance
- Analyze markets present and future
- Evaluate potential market opportunities
- Participate in development of strategies for new products
- Monitor and evaluate product promotions
Job Specification
- Proven success in selling IT Enterprise Solutions within FMCG sector
- Around 3-5 years B2B sales experience.
- Well-versed in RFP process within FMCG sector
- Atleast 10 successful sales accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, Leadership skills.
