Position Service Delivery Manager Job Code Reports to Head of Shared Services Direct Reports Division/Section Sindalah Department Operations Sector Job Family Key Responsibilities

  • Build an IT Service Portfolio/Catalogue for Sindalah, with visibility of performance against agreed SLA & Cost parameters;
  • Conduct regular reviews of service delivery processes identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement service delivery plans, and proactively manage and monitor service delivery performance
  • Identify and resolve service delivery issues, ensuring prompt action and remediation
  • Working with stakeholders, capture and prioritize demand for new technological and business led capabilities to enhance Sindalah’s IT Services Portfolio. Incorporate these into the Delivery plan;
  • Build and Maintain proactive and collaborative working relationships with Sindalah & NEOM Stakeholders, Peer group, Partners, Internal & External Technological & Service providers;
  • Promote and Facilitate close collaboration between internal & external delivery teams;
  • Build & Lead an engaged, future-orientated and high performing IT Team to deliver the IT Strategy, Delivery Plan and operational objectives;
  • Develop and promote the Governance Mechanism for Sindalah IT, including policies & procedures, risk management and performance reporting to optimize IT investment
Role Purpose The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall design and delivery of IT services to clients or internal stakeholders. They focus on maintaining service level agreements, ensuring service quality, and managing client relationships. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • A strong track record of successful Leadership in a Senior IT role;
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop business orientated IT strategies and the execution plans required to deliver them;
  • Collaborative & Can-do mindset;
  • Commercial acumen;
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant, current & emerging technologies;
  • Network of Technology & IT Service Providers; track record of effective & collaborative partnerships
  • Track-record leading delivery of large-scale, complex IT programs
  • Experience of IT Organizational Development, building & developing High Performing Teams
Qualifications
  • Masters (preferred) or Bachelor Degree in IT or related field
  • ITIL qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of Key IT Management Processes - Service Delivery, Programme/Project, Information & Data management
