Company Description National Cleaning Company is a leading waste management company in GCC. Established in 1979 in Kuwait City, NCC has grown into a major shareholding company with over 10,000 multinational employees and over 2500 specialist machineries to support our business. Our services include municipal cleaning, waste collection, treatment and disposal, hazardous waste management, pest control services, agricultural contracting and landscaping, security services, valet parking, and laundry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer located in Kuwait City. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that NCC's operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, developing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance audits, and creating reports on compliance issues. The Compliance Officer will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters. Qualifications
- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Analytical skills to identify compliance issues and propose solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate compliance requirements to employees and stakeholders
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles to interpret financial data and reports
- Experience in waste management industry or related field
- Knowledge of relevant local, regional, and international regulations and standards
- Professional certification in compliance, such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
