We are evolving and improving the web experience, ranges we offer and delivery experience.We are looking for individuals who can lead the change, to help with the set-up of our new consumer website, on the Big Commerce platform, and delivery best-in-class web merchandising and experience to our customers.What’s in it for you?Occupational sick payDiscounted insurance (Aviva)Employee assistance programmeHealth and wellbeing initiativesGreen car schemeRefer a friend bonusCommitment to CPD/trainingDiscounts & Exclusive offers at The Springs, Leeds25% Discount & health & beauty purchasesEnhanced maternity and paternity payEmployee discount siteIn-house mental health supportSocial events throughout the yearRegistration fees paid (GPhC, NMC, CIPD etc)Blue light cardHybrid working25 days annual leave increasing with serviceContributory pensionDiscounted gymsFree onsite parkingCycle to work schemeLong service bonusWhat you’ll be doing?Define, set up and execute best-in-class web product merchandising across our health and wellness categories on the Big Commerce platformSet up the website taxonomy and search feature and set-up all products with the relevant product and attribute dataIdentify and implement cross and upsell programmes, using sales and behavioural dataWorking with the commercial teams to ensure all product ranges are available to our customer, with the right product descriptions, images and copy to promote the product and drive add-to-basketWorking with digital marketing teams to improve the landing page conversion and efficiency of marketing spendIdentify opportunities to improve the key ecommerce metrics i.e. add to basket, conversion, cross-sell participation, onsite search, checkout success/abandonmentIdentify experience improvement in the customer journey throughout our sites i.e. content, UX/UI, features to drive salesManage and publish content updates (banners, images, copy, videos) to support promotions, events, or campaignsAssist the wider team to undertake Keyword, competitor, and content research - ensuring keywords, titles, and product descriptions for all listings are optimised and well-ranked in search resultsWho are we looking for?Proven proficiency in maximising BigCommerce functionalities and content management systems, for effective merchandising, gained in a retail environment (either in a pureplay or omnichannel)Experience using Shopify, Salesforce or MagentaDegree or equivalent ideally in a Marketing related fieldStrong analytical, technical & mathematical abilitiesCommercial acumen, results driven and comfortable working in a very fast paced environmentExcellent verbal & written communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft suite (particularly Excel) and working knowledge of Google Analytics/other tools in the Google suiteAn understanding of Adobe CS to create mock-ups & basic HTML coding & web design experience is a plusConfident self-starter with strong attention to detailGreat team player with a sense of humour, who proactively helps fellow team members (and those in other teams) when they are busierWhat happens next?Please click apply and if we think you are a good match, we will be in touch to arrange an interview.Applicants must prove they have the right to live in the UK.All successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.Unsolicited agency applications will be treated as a gift.#INDLP
