Client info: Company is an online cloud-based business networking platform that is focused on addressing the unique needs of Start-ups & SMEs. Company is a business networking platform (think LinkedIn for SMEs). Company is branded by leading corporations and offered to their SME Clients & members, building potentially, the world’s largest small business community. Organizations currently offering Company to their SME clients include MasterCard, Jet Airways, ICICI Bank and RAI (Retailers Association of India). Outside India, Company is expanding its footprint - Siam Commercial bank (a leading Thai bank) and Union Bank of the Philippines (a leading Philippines bank) have both launched their own versions of Company. A number of organizations across the globe are in various stages of launching their own version of co-branded Company for their own SME clients Job Description We are looking for Mobile Application Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our expanding organization. You will help shape how we build and grow our service in the region. Your primary focus will be development of Mobile applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential. We look for self-starters who demand the best. Responsibilities
- Design and build applications for the Android platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Good understanding of OOPS concepts, Design Patterns, Algorithms and data structure.
- Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Mobile applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
- Experience with third party libraries and frameworks such as Retrofit, Dagger 2 Firebase, Google APIs
- Knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Knowledge of Web view
- Knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of Grade
- Knowledge of MVP Architecture
- Familiarity with code versioning tools
- Familiarity with continuous integration
