Primary Responsibilities: Sales Targets: Strive to achieve set sales targets. Client Engagement: Schedule meetings and make sales calls to potential clients. Daily visits to Co-operatives, Corporate customers, Schools, and Ministries. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of sales materials and record data. Database Maintenance: Manage customer database with demographics and sales records. Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly meeting reports. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments for product promotion . Team Contribution: Contribute to team goals and meet deadlines. Travel for client meetings. Attend team meetings for performance review. Professional Presentation: Maintain proper appearance during client interactions. Market Monitoring: Monitor competition and gather marketplace information. Customer Support: Attend and resolve customer queries and complaints. Operational Efficiency: Adjust work hours and priorities for efficient operation. Other Responsibilities:

  • Follow company by-laws, code of conduct, and policies.
  • Abide by granted authorities and achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Perform additional roles assigned by supervising authority or department head.
Skills Qualifications and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education. Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with the staff.
  • Strong knowledge of the product, latest trends in the industry and knowledge in Office and system applications.
  • Problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
  • Strong knowledge base and technical skills in financial and cost accounting.
