The Project Development Officer III shall likewise get involved in the enhancement of guidelines for the proper execution of programs and draft communication in relation to the program;s implementation. He/she may also be appointed to lead and participate in various meetings and activities that include Early Recovery functions. Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop program/project/activity proposals and strategies; 2. Review and provide inputs on financial documents; 3. Review, analyze and provide comments/inputs on accomplishment report submitted to Field Offices; 4. Monitor and provide technical assistance and augmentation support to Field Offices; 5. Prepare and submit accomplishment reports, communication and memoranda; 6. Prepare feedback reports and minutes of meetings; 7. Participate in meetings, conferences and other similar activities; and 8. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor. Job Outputs: 1. Program/Project Activity Proposal and Plans; 2. Accomplishment and Documentation Reports; 3. Memorandum of Agreements; 4. Program Evaluation Assessment Report; 5. New and enhanced Policies; 6. Report on field visits, technical assistance, and augmentation support; and 7. Communication and Memoranda.
