Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Description:
  • Perform all-source and identity intelligence, biometric-related analysis and production, document and media exploitation, watchlist management functions, coordinate reach back support for deployed forces, and perform supporting tasks.
  • Shall perform all-source research, analysis, exploitation and production JAW priorities and standard operating procedures.
  • Products shall include, but not be limited to, finished intelligence (FININTEL) meeting ODNI analytic integrity standards, biometric-related analysis reports, similar products, or future analytical products, using the Biometric Identity Intelligence Resource (BI2R) or any other future system or repository; email responses to requests for information, and initial notifications of biometric matches with associated all-source identity intelligence, or any other product supporting global Intelligence Requirements or operations.
  • Provide support for the management of the DoD Biometric Enabled Watchlist (BEWL), to include but not be limited to, encounter management, nomination support, requests for information, and/or other future biometrically enabled watchlists or other watch listing type products which provide a method for operationalizing the output of biometric-enabled intelligence.
  • Coordinate with tactical/theater-level, COCOM, and national organizations regarding watchlist nominations and encounter management to facilitate information sharing and data synchronization JAW current and updated Government guidance as published in 12 SOPs.
  • Nominate persons of interest to the DoD BE\VL IAW Government guidance.
  • Manage identity intelligence information using tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Intelligence Community tools and databases.
  • Create or modify biometric files and submit them to appropriate repositories for comparison IAW all applicable SOPs and agency or customer-specific biometric standards.
  • Exploit open source and social media information to extract Identity Intelligence information using analytic tools and methods, and other advanced tools.
  • Any identity-related information of value obtained shall be analyzed, evaluated, and used to incorporate into RFI responses, products, briefings, or any other reportable means.
  • Shall triage, organize, and analyze raw biometric and identity intelligence information according to mission requirements. This data is analyzed and reported based on mission-specific Government approved SOPs, provided by the respective Government team, mission, or division leads. The culmination of findings will be presented to the government leadership in the form of a mission-specific report.
  • Provide reports, assessments, papers, RFI responses, notes, and messages on all mission-approved requirements.
Job Requirements Required experience :
  • At least four years’ all source research, analysis, and production experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS: 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or USMC – 0205 Master Analyst, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst, 0291 Intelligence Chief OR U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist OR USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer, 1N1XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst, OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes.
Required education:
  • Associate degree OR three years of intelligence analysis training.
Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required: TS/SCI.
