Technical Office Engineer - Wooden Products

Job Description

• Able to do workshop drawings for all wood products and claddings according to site measurements 
• have experience in deferent materials that is working with wood
• have excellent experience in all kinds of wood materials and shipboard
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
• Follow architectural trends, advancements, codes, and regulations.
• Study and prepare the project documents including drawings and specifications.
• Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.
• Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare the required invoices.
• Prepare the subcontractors’ and clients’ invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
• Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed Invoices.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.

Job Requirements

• AutoCAD
• Problem solver
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English Language.
• Basic network troubleshooting is a must
