Company Description lexa films film industry Role Description This is a contract role for a Film Director at Lexa Films, located in Doha, Qatar. As a Film Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision of film projects, collaborating with writers, actors, cinematographers, and other professionals to ensure the film's artistic integrity. You will also be responsible for guiding the technical aspects of the film, including directing actors, selecting and coordinating film crew, interpreting scripts, and managing post-production. Skills Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Film Director, with an impressive portfolio of film projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with writers, actors, and film crew
- Strong understanding of filmmaking, including directing, cinematography, script interpretation, and post-production
- Outstanding creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Film, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Experience in planning, casting, and managing film production budgets
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques, and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
