- Plans and execute equipment and manpower allocation to ensure on time pick-up and delivery to customers.
- Develops operational policies and procedures to comply with customer and/or regulatory requirements.
- Ensures on-time submission of PODs for timely billing to customers.
- Optimizes equipment utilization to achieve cost efficiency.
- Coordinates with customers to discuss operational set-up and/or operational issues. Develop corrective/preventive actions
- Negotiates contract/rates with suppliers to ensure management of service levels and achieve cost efficiency
- Formulates and manages department budget
- Prepares operational and management reports
- Management of Ops Revolving fund
- Coordinate with internal customers to address pick-up/delivery/vessel ops issues
- Supervise day-to-day operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Engineering/Business Course
- Minimum five years experience
