Service Supervisor - Oil & Gas Service Supervisor is responsible for managing maintenance activities under the guidance of Operation and Maintenance Manager, directing and supervising a team of personnel; supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition; ensuring best engineering practices; optimum use of manpower, interface & coordination with other departments, ensuring the implementation of safety procedures & policies, Service reliability & efficiency. He is also responsible for updating the management on prevailing conditions/important matters/production etc. Service Supervisor to be well experienced in pumps of all kind, hydraulic systems, diesel engines and to execute assigned work in the most efficient manner; working towards the goals/targets and vision set by the management. Responsibilities:

Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed according to established engineering specifications and in the most effective manner;
Responsible for directing and supervising the activities of assigned personnel involved in the maintenance of fire engines and its related equipment.
Responsible for establishment and coordination of maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule and supply of materials required to maintain vehicles and equipment in operational condition.
Check specification and ensure availability of all material and equipment needed to ensure that maintenance work is carried out according to agreed, schedule, cost estimate and required quality.
Prepare work plans and allocate duties and responsibilities to subordinates to ensure maximum work efficiency and productivity.
Supervise preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of assigned equipment.
Ensure implementation of established safety procedures to be followed for the safeguard of employees and equipment.
Participate in company or client emergency drills, TBT, Hazard and Risk Assessment.
Undertake other duties as directed by management in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualification, Experience, Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5 Years of experience in field is required
Must be proficient in computer application programs like MS Excel, Word and Project and have experience in computer based maintenance management systems will be an added advantage.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
