Telesales Team Leader

Job Description

• Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Achieving sales targets and department goals.
• Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast
• Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
• Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customers and customer contacts
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Setting sales quarter, annual, and biannual plans.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and ease internal communication

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ Years of experience with at least 3 years as a team leader or managerial position.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Experience in the service sales industry is a plus .
• Successful proven experience as a sales team leader/supervisor, consistently exceeding targets.
• High level of commitment .
