Apply remote type Hybrid locations Mapletree Business City, Singapore, Singapore time type Full time posted on Posted Today job requisition id R85933 Position Summary The candidate will collaborate between stakeholders (end-users, vendors etc) to optimize our system and processes to drive innovation and business objectives. Role and Responsibilities- Work with the stakeholders of the systems to understand operational requirements and provide solutions
- Conduct thorough system testing and debugging to ensure systems work in accordance with requirements
- Conduct routine and non-routine end-to-end process analysis to look for opportunities for improvements
- Provide trainings to all End-Users (including Call Centre/Service Centre) for new system/process implementation.
- Work with Service Network PICs to achieve operational efficiency
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in problem resolution.
- Minimum 5 year working experience in Data Analysis/System Support
- Experience in Consumer Electronics/Customer Service industry is preferred but not compulsory
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must; fluency in Mandarin will be advantageous as this role may require dealing with Chinese customers
- Communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
