Job Description Managed Services Sales Engagement SME Location: Based in Bahrain Job Summary: The incumbent is mainly responsible for supporting business development and sales engagements for Middle East MS projects. Business development: being actively involved in C-level customer communications (e.g. customer visit, workshop, industry conference, etc) to generate MS leads and convert those leads to realistic opportunities by consultative selling. Sales engagement: supporting sales engagements for MS projects (mainly for outsourcing) in terms of deal shaping, solution architecture (including both technical and commercial solutions), proposal development, bidding clarification, business case, and contract negotiation, etc. Training: acting as mentor and coach to MS staff in Regions to develop and improve their competencies in handling MS sales engagements. This is a results-oriented, challenging but extremely rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious industry guru.
