ABOUT THE POSITION

Humanity United is seeking a fixed-term Manager to work as part of the Nepal-Qatar team within our Forced Labor and Human Trafficking portfolio. Supporting a key area of a program track focused on protecting migrant workers, this role will provide strategic and programmatic guidance, input, and learning on the three leverage areas of the FLHT portfolio, as needed. This role will work across the breadth of the Nepal-Qatar team’s work, including grants management, knowledge & network building, strategy and team operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with demonstrated analytical and project management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups. Experience in grantmaking and/or worker rights, business and human rights, and/or government advocacy is also a plus.
