Job Description
• Fulfil all the recruitment process (Job posting, CVs screening and conducting interviews). • Ensure new hire paperwork is complete. • Perform orientation, on-boarding and update records with new hires. • Maintain records of personnel-related data and employees files. • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization. • Develop and Update Job Descriptions through job Analysis interviews. • Develop and implement KPI systems and performance management systems to track and measure employees performance. • Assist in preparing annual training plans based on training needs and organization needs. • Respond to all employees inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities. • Assist in all other HR activities.Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or relevant field. • 1-2 years of experience in HR field. • HR Diploma is a plus. • In-depth knowledge of Labor law and HR best practices. • Excellent command of Arabic & English. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Good problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting. • Time management skills & Attention to details.Apply safely
