Job Description

Assume end-to-end responsibility for multi-channel paid media campaigns, from conceptualization and (media) planning to ad copywriting, set-up, optimization, and performance analysis.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspending or errors.
• Daily monitoring of campaign delivery and regular performance optimization of all campaign elements (audience targeting, ad copy, creatives, bids and others).
• Ability to conceive and propose creative ideas, concepts and tactics for website and social media campaigns
• Design and execute A/B experiments to establish campaign learnings for optimization.
• Ability to work with students (clients) to ensure smooth execution of their marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of funnel and building landing page is an advantage
• Any ad hoc projects assigned to you from time to time

Job Requirements

Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong skills in Copywriting, Content Creation, and Brand Marketing Experience
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Well organized, fast, accurate and disciplined
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Chinese, English and Malay
