About Our Client

Our client is one of the F&B group company which focus on different style of Japanese cuisine. Currently they are looking for a General Manager to be part of the business to grow one of the Japanese Fusion brand aggressively.

Job Description

• Evaluate and enhance overall brand performance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the President to establish and advance the vision, operational strategy, annual budget, and monthly reporting.
• Uphold operational details, including food, beverage, and service standards.
• Control costs effectively. and improve processes for better efficiency.
• Stimulate advancements in critical revenue-generating factors.
• Verify the operational viability of designs for new outlets.
• Maintain personnel accountability for adherence to standards, taking appropriate action including disciplinary procedures when required.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5-6 years in managerial roles within the F&B sector, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Readiness to be hands-on and involved in day-to-day operations.
• Strong focus on data analysis and adept at presenting information effectively.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
