  • Join ServiceNow as a senior executive and security team site leader. Excellent visibility across the security organization and the company.
  • Engage with incident response, product security, risk, and compliance teams across the organization to ensure a cohesive and meaningful resolutions are in place.
  • Lead ServiceNow internal software development and a matrixed security testing program for product releases.
  • Work closely with product and partner teams for secure architecture, design and implementation.
  • Direct interface to the CISO to represent leadership culture, capability, and process improvements.
  • Foster organizational collaboration and delivery of internal applications and for product release development and testing programs.
  • Lead key project-based technical initiatives that improve overall ServiceNow security posture.
  • Provide status and knowledge sharing to all partners – while incorporating feedback on vision and delivery.
Qualifications
  • A track record driving delivery of complex technical security programs across large organizations.
  • 10+ years of experience leading technical information security projects and security development teams.
  • Help scale security development, operations and testing team to align with global functions.
  • Ability to analyze and apply information security risk management practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical security details regardless of the audience's background.
  • Knowledge and experience including risk assessment both at the application and organizational level.
  • Planning, organizing, and negotiating skills across a large global organization.
  • Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodology and in facets of security and computing (mobile, servers, clients, web, cloud, etc.)
  • Cloud and Mobile experience great to have as we are a SaaS provider and have a large mobile end user presence.
  • Advanced degree in a related field and Industry certifications are a plus including CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CSSLP.
