About the role As a Civil/Structural Team Lead, you will be leading small team of Structural Engineers and have an opportunity to truly partner within a collaborative multidiscipline team, working with a diverse range of clients on green and brownfield projects and new builds within brownfield sites. About you You will be an experienced  Senior/Lead Civil Structural Engineer with passion for leading a team of engineers and experience in the areas of oil & gas, manufacturing, dairy, infrastructure, and heavy industries and be technically adept in steel structures, concrete and civil works. You will be leading a team and key skills you will bring to the role are: 

• Tertiary qualification BE(Hons) or similar, and CPEng (New Zealand).
• Previous leadership experience in leading, coaching and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Extensive experience including structural analysis of buildings, steel structures / frames, gantry cranes, equipment skids, pipe supports, hardstand, roads, bulk earthworks, drainage concrete slabs and footings.
• Ability to independently review tender packages and manage projects to completion.
• Excellent commercial experience relating to business development and project management.
• Structural engineering design and documentation from scheme through to construction stage.
• Assist in the development and application of engineering and design standards, systems and processes.
