Must- Haves

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong project management abilities are essential, and having a background in insurance is advantageous.
- Prior experience in insurance onboarding and expertise in digital solutions are preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proficient in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capability to identify and leverage business opportunities through partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills, particularly in digital programs, showcasing a successful track record of delivering projects on time.
- Understanding of insurance products, services, and distribution channels.
- Create a comprehensive partnership strategy in line with company objectives.
- Research and engage potential partners, including airlines, travel platforms, and affinity groups.
- Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership terms.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for smooth travel insurance program implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner relationships.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership.
- Present partnership performance reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
