VP-Travel Insurance Strategic Partnerships

Must- Haves

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong project management abilities are essential, and having a background in insurance is advantageous.
• Prior experience in insurance onboarding and expertise in digital solutions are preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficient in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated capability to identify and leverage business opportunities through partnerships.
• Excellent project management skills, particularly in digital programs, showcasing a successful track record of delivering projects on time.
• Understanding of insurance products, services, and distribution channels.

• Create a comprehensive partnership strategy in line with company objectives.
• Research and engage potential partners, including airlines, travel platforms, and affinity groups.
• Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership terms.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for smooth travel insurance program implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner relationships.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership.
• Present partnership performance reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
