Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and complete documentations before submitting requests to Enterprise Singapore.
- Coordinate and follow-up with Relationship Managers, Insurers, Brokers, and customers for the submission of renewed non-blanket insurance policies.
- Perform loan processing works in middle office, including but not limit to providing rate fixing support, liaising with internal and external clients, and reviewing and preparing post acceptance/redemption documents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues across business/support units.
- Adhere to agreed service level agreements.
- Undertake project-related or process improvement tasks.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in a banking environment.
- Familiarity with corporate loan products and corporate credit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, time-pressed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
