About us: The Cognitive Banking and MarTech team defines, enables and implements best-in-class nudges for DBS customers, to create personalised, relevant and meaningful experiences that also drive impactful outcomes for our customers. The insights we derive from this process drive everything we do, from product strategy to design, implementation and driving results. We work in collaborative, cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive business incremental outcomes at scale across the markets. Responsibilities:

  • Lead MarTech-driven transformation for consumer banking and wealth management regionally for all the markets.
  • Understand the regional business priorities and convert them to focus areas for solution development.
  • Partner with and guide the business, product, and sales & distribution teams to identify opportunities within the focus areas where MarTech-led solutions can benefit clients and employees.
  • Develop these opportunities into actionable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional, cross-platform and cross-product teams to deliver them.
  • Scale successful solutions to all the markets in partnership with the in-country teams.
  • Deliver demonstrable and sustainable revenue uplift through the solutions across markets.
  • Effectively communicate the context and potential of new initiatives, mobilize teams, and drive outcomes.
  • Evaluate success against defined outcomes, share recommendations with BU and Market Heads, and create joint action plans accordingly.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and mentor the team to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic thinking.
  • Lead and manage department initiatives and internal projects, as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or any related quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with ability to work independently against tight deadlines and ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong mentoring and team management capabilities, plus experience in leading medium-sized teams.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Executive presence to interact with and influence senior management, such as BU and Market Heads.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience or strong domain knowledge of investment and wealth planning products for the high net-worth segment is a major plus.
