Job Description Key responsibilities: • Lead and Coach an effective, efficient, and productive team by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are developed. • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of medical representatives. • Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence. • Achieve targets by prioritizing on strong unit performance and successfully delivering on operational commitments. • Continuously support his team members and helps them to work on their development plans, creating a culture of trust, fostering collaboration between team members and internal stakeholders. • Establish and develop high level strong relationships with key stakeholder, HCPs and all target groups. • Forecasting & tracking product consumption and expenses. • Market analysis in terms of understanding market dynamics, segmentation, market penetration and expansion. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy required. • People management experience is a plus. • Public sector experience is a plus. • Vaccines experience is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Business fluent in English and Arabic, in its oral and written form. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change. • Focus on Results: Driven, results oriented thinking, and corresponding high level of performance. • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, both within Human Health Division as well as cross divisional. • 50% travel time.
