VP/AVP, End User Computing Senior Infra Ops Engineer, Future Ready Technology, Technology and Operations

Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Responsible to plan, implement and maintain DBS End User Computing Infrastructure covering end client software/image deployment infrastructure, digital employee experience management infrastructure and print infrastructure. The role requires project management experience, in-depth understanding of end client platforms (Windows and MacOS), Windows Imaging, software deployment infrastructure, print solution as well as infrastructure management.

• Plan, implement and maintain resilient and highly available end client software deployment infrastructure, digital employee experience management infrastructure, print infrastructure within the project timeline
• Work with users and engineering team to define the required employment experience matrix and use-cases for project implementation
• Work with L3 Windows engineering team and SCCM operation team to plan and implement cloud-based end client software/image deployment infrastructure
• Work with print operation team to plan and implement tap and print infrastructure
• Work with vendor to setup the server and application infrastructure as per design. Ensure implementation meets bank's security standards and industry's security standards
• Create and maintain documentation for the platforms
• Perform application and server maintenance, patching and upgrades

• At least 5 years of working experience in IT Operations and Support
• Project management experience
• Technical knowledge on Windows 10/11 Imaging, Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting, Microsoft on-premise SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Tap and Print solutions
• Good knowledge and experience in digital employee experience management infrastructure such as VMWare DEEM or Nexthink
• Good knowledge and experience in print management infrastructure such as Papercut
• Good knowledge and experience with server infrastructure maintenance, patching and upgrade
• Self-driven, committed, able to work independently and reliable team player. Passionate to learn new technologies
• Experience in working in banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar) OR combination of relevant professional experience and education.
