Job Description
- Analyse stock levels and recommend parts to be ordered on a timely basis to avoid rush orders.
- Monitor the receiving and issuing of parts from and to branches.
- Issue and tracking of local and overseas purchase orders according to agency lines.
- Shipment arrangement (air and sea shipment) based on urgency (VOR or stock) and liaising with freight forwarding companies on delivery of shipment for all branches
- Issuing invoicing and transfer orders.
- Handle inquiries from all branches and assist to expedite the parts supply.
- Travel to branches in Indonesia and Malaysia for warehousing and inventory-related tasks.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities that will be given by the employer from time to time.
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years of parts inventory working experience
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with hands-on ERP system experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage
- Capability in handling demanding situations to ensure the smooth execution of given tasks and responsibilities.
- Willing to travel – Local & Overseas
- Position to be based in Head Office, Kuala Lumpur.
